
Satyarthi Peloquin
Satyarthi Peloquin is the creator of Myofascial Energetic Release (MER) and a pioneer in integrating somatic therapy, dance, and structural bodywork. Born in San Francisco in 1952, he began as a professional dancer, which sparked his lifelong fascination with the human body and healing. His early studies in dance therapy with Anna Halprin and his exposure to Structural Integration in 1971 became pivotal influences in his development; physically, emotionally and spiritually.
Professional Skills
Throughout his career, Satyarthi has trained in a wide range of therapeutic modalities, including Postural and Structural Integration, Craniosacral Therapy, Visceral Manipulation, Spinal Manipulation, Ayurvedic Massage, Neo-Reichian methods, and Somatic Experiencing. He has also led extensive trainings in Co-dependency (Learning Love) and Path of Love, as well as Family Constellations work. His depth of knowledge is reflected in his two books: Living in Balance and Stretches for Rebalancers.
Experience
In 1976, Satyarthi joined Osho Commune International in Pune, India, one of the world’s largest centers for therapy and meditation, where he became both a practitioner and a trainer. For a time, he served as Osho’s personal bodyworker. He has since facilitated countless personal growth seminars and bodywork trainings worldwide, combining technical expertise with a compassionate presence. Known for his humor, sensitivity, and depth, Satyarthi continues to teach and evolve his methods while inspiring generations.
