Jennifer McKeever
Jennifer McKeever (Prema) is a somatic psychotherapist, trauma educator, and deeply compassionate guide for those ready to meet themselves with greater honesty, depth, and care. She sees healing not just as a personal project, but as a return - to the breath, to the body, and to the truth of who we are beneath the survival strategies we've learned. Her work lives at the intersection of science and soul, grounded in over two decades of experience and a deep trust in the human spirit’s innate capacity to heal and transform.
Professional Skills
With over two decades of experience, Jennifer blends clinical expertise with a deeply embodied, trauma-informed approach. She holds Master’s degrees in Chinese Medicine and Psychotherapy & Spirituality, and is extensively trained in somatic therapy, nervous system regulation, embodiment practices, and transformational group facilitation. Her work is shaped by years of study with renowned leaders in trauma healing, as well as by her spiritual path - including the teachings of Osho and the Diamond Approach - which guide her understanding of healing as a return to inner presence, truth, and wholeness.
Experience
Jennifer’s healing journey began with chronic pain and depression, which led her into the study of Chinese Medicine and over a decade of clinical practice. Her personal exploration eventually drew her toward integrative somatic therapies focused on how trauma is stored and released through the nervous system. Today, she leads international trainings and retreats, often co-facilitating with her husband, Neil. Outside of her professional life, Prema finds joy in painting, nature walks, and quiet rituals - small moments that reflect the same mindful presence she brings to her teaching and therapeutic work.
