Questions? You Need Answers

Lomi Lomi originates from Hawaii and is a deeply spiritualpractice passed down through generations of Kahuna (healers). In this training,we honor the roots with respect and integrity, while teaching in a grounded, modern format.

The work is inspired by Huna, a set of ancient Hawaiianprinciples that guide the inner attitude of the practitioner. These includevalues such as Ike (awareness, perception), Kala (freedom, release), and Makia(focus, intention), reminding us that energy flows where attention goes. Manawa(presence, now) emphasizes the power of the present moment, while Aloha (love, compassion) invites us to connect from the heart. Mana (inner power, energy) remindsus that true strength comes from within, and Pono (balance, right action)encourages alignment and integrity in everything we do.

Together, these principles support a space of deep presence, clarity, and care - allowing both giver and receiver to enter a shared field ofhealing and connection.
