Magdalena is a certified Biodynamic Breath and Trauma Release System® (BBTRS®) practitioner and a therapist working with breath, nervous system regulation, and mindfulness. In her sessions, she integrates conscious breathing, mindful movement, fascial work, and meditation to help clients step out of the mind and return to the wisdom of the body. She works primarily with women, creating a safe and supportive space where they can release tension, let go of what no longer serves them, and reconnect with inner calm and strength. Magdalena offers individual sessions in Warsaw and online.
