Releasing and Balancing the Face, Cranium, Neck, Breath and Arms
Many chronic upper-body tensions remain unresolved through conventional techniques. In this module, you’ll explore a complete system for releasing the breath structures, neck, face, and arms — integrating anatomical precision with breathwork and trauma release. Learn how to address emotional holding patterns, educate clients on psychosomatic pain, and bring deep relief through touch and awareness.
1️⃣ Breath, Structure & Emotion
Learn to assess and treat the fascial network of the breath, diaphragm, and ribcage for increased vitality and emotional release.
2️⃣ Upper Body Integration
Address stubborn conditions like TMJ, frozen shoulder, headaches, and carpal tunnel through effective structural and fascial interventions.
3️⃣ Psychosomatic Education
Understand and explain the emotional sources of upper-body pain; guide clients through trauma-aware bodywork and breath integration.
Breathing Structure Release
Soft listening techniques to open diaphragm, ribcage, and sternum — improving breath capacity and energy flow.
Cranial & Facial Work
Treat jaw pain, tension headaches, and facial tightness using gentle, precise methods based on cranial and facial anatomy.
Neck & Arm Pain Protocols
Comprehensive plans for releasing pain in the neck, shoulders, elbows, wrists, and hands — including rotator cuff review and palpation.
Visceral Integration
Work with liver, lungs, and stomach — learning their motility and mobility and how they impact breath and posture.
Emotional Release & Nervous System
Apply a 5-point approach to working with the autonomic nervous system and catalyzing trauma release through breath and presence.
Hands & Forearms Fascia Release
Restore fluidity and mobility by releasing fascia in the hands, thumbs, and forearms to unlock the shoulder and upper body tension.
