Feet, Legs & Hips
This module introduces advanced techniques for treating the lower body through deep bodywork, joint mobilization, and Myofascial Release.
The focus is on restoring natural movement and relieving pain in the feet, knees, and hips by addressing structural imbalances and fascial restrictions at their root.
Lower Body Integration
The work begins along the posterior line of the leg and expands to the hips, knees, and feet as an integrated system. You will refine your ability to assess and treat common lower-body complaints while strengthening your palpation skills and body-reading precision.
Special attention is given to plantar fascia techniques, assisted stretches for the legs and hips, and detailed work on key stabilizing muscles including the gluteals, Tensor Fascia Latae, Tibialis Anterior, hamstrings, adductors, abductors, and quadriceps.
Structural Insight & Application
You will address common misconceptions about arthritic knees and hips using evidence-informed approaches, while also exploring the psychology of lower-body pain through somatic dialoguing.
Through daily meditation, theory, demonstrations, and supervised practice, you will refine your body mechanics and integrate advanced tools such as “Tracking,” a self-correcting alignment method for the feet and legs.
By the end of the module, you will confidently design comprehensive lower-body sessions that improve stability, mobility, grounding, and energetic contact through the legs and feet.
